Job Mission

The mission of the Head of Content Marketing is to create brand awareness online and generate new leads for Remerge through engaging content. To ensure success, the role includes the selection of strategic topics, the production of content, performance measurement, and the optimization of existing channels and the identification of new channels to maximize reach.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design quarterly content plans and ensure the consistent flow of content deliverables
  • Manage the content marketing team
  • Design and implement Remerge’s content marketing strategy
    • Best-fit gated and ungated formats
    • Repurposing strategy
    • Localization strategy
    • Identify, test and execute innovations around content creation
  • Design and implement website traffic measurement process and growth strategy
    • Manage and optimize SEO and SEM
  • Design and implement a lead generation tracking process
    • Implement a qualification process
    • Track MQL, and MQL to opportunities metrics
  • Content distribution channel strategy 
    • Identify best-fit distribution channels
    • Implement tactics to maximize the reach of content through the selected channels
    • Identify, test and execute innovations around content distribution

  • Prior success in a similar position
  • Domain Expertise & Experience 
    • Efficient content marketing plan definition process for multiple markets
    • Content marketing strategy playbook: diverse content formats, promotional strategy, tools
    • Strong and effective writing skills
    • Experience with content marketing goals setting, establishing KPIs, tracking and benchmarking
    • Experience with marketing automation and email marketing
    • Content team management skills: ensuring consistency and excellence in multiple domains (search, social media, paid media, content creation and distribution, analytics & insights)
    • Content channel strategy
