Director Sales EMEA (1 year interim position)

Job Mission

Heading the EMEA sales team is a critical part of our growth and you will help us expand our relationships with mobile app developers in the mobile app space. Our goal is to be the leader in a fast-paced and innovative industry; this is an opportunity to join our team and drive client relationships and revenue growth.

We're looking for a talented and experienced Director of Sales to take EMEA new business to the next level. We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead our sales strategy, oversee the development of the business, and lead the team. 

You should be a go-getter and not be afraid to implement changes. You have a keen interest in the mobile app commerce space and ad technology, a passion for helping others and the ability to drive growth and efficiency in our network.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for all our sales activities in the EMEA region
  • You will take EMEA Sales to the next level highly focussed on increasing average revenue per new customer
  • You will work hand in hand with the Director of Account Management EMEA and the Head of AdOperations EMEA to represent the region and maintain a healthy year-on-year growth
  • You will work hand in hand with our EMEA Events Marketing Manager to set up the regional events marketing strategy to increase new client opportunities
  • You will represent Remerge at key industry events in EMEA 
  • You will grow and retain world-class sales talent for the EMEA Sales region
  • You will work directly with the founding team

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital ad sales, with a rolodex of contacts within the mobile app industry, is a must (experience in retargeting is preferable) 
  • Experience in managing, training and hiring teams, with big focus on team's success and growth
  • You have a persuasive personality with passion for startups and challenges
  • You have the desire to reshape markets by selling disruptive technology products
  • You are organized and methodical, with outstanding communication skills and a consultative approach when addressing clients’ needs
  • Open to do some required travel (post Covid-19)
  • You are already based in Germany and you hold a valid work permit
