Job Mission

We're looking for a talented and experienced Director of Account Management to take EMEA business to the next level. We are looking for an exceptional individual who will make us the #1 Mobile Performance DSP within the Enterprise segment and #1 Mobile Ad Tech employer in the EMEA region.

You should be a go-getter and not be afraid to implement changes. You have a keen interest in the mobile app commerce space and ad technology, a passion for helping others and the ability to drive growth and efficiency in our network.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the long-term growth and success of all of our EMEA-based customers by leading a team of Account Managers, managing and coaching them to evoke the best performance, quality, behavior and collaboration standards
  • Help the Account Management (AM) team to navigate complex accounts, identify opportunities and build very strong relationships across all teams hierarchy levels client-side, while providing added value through training and workshops
  • Create and execute operational plans to drive business goals, leveraging strategies and tactics across all necessary functions, including Account Management, AdOperations, Support Engineering, Sales and Product
  • Take responsibility for team performance evaluations and new joiners' onboarding and ongoing training
  • Establish work procedures and processes according to department standards to meet the team’s KPIs and OKRs
  • Work to create a work environment that is aligned with our core values of fairness and transparency
  • Keep us up-to-date with the latest news and developments impacting our industry

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in leading and managing teams in account management, customer success or consulting experience working with accounts of various sizes 
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS relationship management, account management or customer success team
  • You have a keen interest in staying up-to-date on the EMEA digital and mobile market landscape
  • A jack-of-all-trades persona - a motivational leader, mentor, and a strong good executer
  • You have great customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • You have strong analytical and technical skills, strategic thinking and you enjoy working in a team
  • Your English skills are outstanding
