Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable HR Manager (m/f/x) who can work independently and effectively manage stakeholder relations. Your Tasks

  • You will manage and optimize the Employee Experience throughout the whole Employee Lifecycle for our approx. 25 colleagues in Singapore, Beijing, Seoul and Tokyo
  • You will be the go-to person for all HR topics such as contracts, on- & off-boarding, commission & payroll, benefits, travel tools, etc.
  • You will handle or channel employee questions and requests, and coordinate service providers, e.g. on payroll, labour law or visa topics
  • You will keep track of key metrics and evaluate, suggest and implement new initiatives
  • You will advise the global management as well as the global HR team on local HR and people topics and facilitate good communications between APAC and other offices
  • You will help to facilitate the team’s collaboration and engagement by organizing internal events
  • You will assist with Office Management tasks in the region
  • You will support the efforts of our Talent Acquisition team, e.g. by communicating with local candidates

Job Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a HR Generalist or similar role and you have a passion for HR and people
  • You have the drive and analytical skills to independently identify issues, analyze causes, suggest solutions and implement them with stakeholders
  • You have good knowledge of HR concepts and processes as well as Singapore Labor Laws and regulations
  • You have the ability to communicate effectively across different channels and cultures
  • Professional HR qualification/certification is preferred
  • You are open to travel to our Berlin headquarters about once per year as well as other APAC offices on occasion
