Learning & Development Operations Specialist

Job responsibilities

  • Build your way up to become responsible for onboarding and induction at Remerge - including best practices and leadership methods for a successful 100% remote work first onboarding experience
  • Work across regions and teams with managers to incorporate their feedback into our induction process to ensure a smooth learning cycle for new joiners
  • Be a first point of contact for new employees during the onboarding and induction probation period
  • Help in creating our unique onboarding LMS content and work together across teams to ensure best practices are followed and exceptional content is delivered
  • Work on various general L&D topics, such as mentor program, arranging and delivering live trainings, and syncing with our Office IT and HR teams to ensure a seamless employee experience across regions

Job requirements

  • A learning mindset with experience in onboarding and the processes that make it complex
  • A humble, ego-free take on working across teams and with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent native-level English skills. German is a plus but only English materials are created
  • Experience with developing and curating educational content
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in the employee experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent editing skills
