Global Product Specialist

Job Summary

As a Global Product Specialist, you will be the main source of product knowledge within the Global Revenue Team. You will be responsible to demonstrate the value of Remerge’s product to customers, providing regional Sales teams with technical support and resources to help meet and exceed their targets and objectives.

The scope of this role is to present Remerge’s product to clients and prospects, consolidate the product knowledge across the regional Sales teams by working closely with L&D, provide cross-functional support by helping streamline processes between Sales and other departments as well as providing insights and feedback to the Product team to help improve our product offerings.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout of new products with both internal and external training 
  • Support the global Sales Team and Account Management Team in pitching new products to clients and prospects
  • Support regional teams with partners’ education (MMPs, Agencies etc.) in order to build strategic relationships with them
  • Work closely with L&D and contribute to the creation of LMS content for the Sales Team to ensure a high level of product knowledge
  • Collect customer’s feedback that will be used by Product to develop new features and Product Marketing for collaterals
  • Support building the go-to-market strategy for all our products
  • Set the product knowledge standard necessary for Sales Teams globally
  • Represent Remerge at industry events 
  • Stay up-to-date on industry news and trends related to key product areas affecting Remerge’s offering 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a programmatic mobile performance marketing environment, with a client-facing role (ideally Sales or Account Management)
  • Great listening and communication skills, since you will have to help pitch, overcome pushback and drive alignment with internal cross-functional teams
  • Ad tech affinity, since you will have to become very knowledgeable about our products and technical implementations
  • Customer-oriented, since you will have to acquire a deep understanding of our clients’ objectives
  • Very good knowledge of mobile attribution and measurement solutions
  • Being familiar with incrementality as a concept
