CRM Project Manager

Job Mission

The CRM Team supports the lead-to-cash process at Remerge. We manage processes and implement/administer tools for lead generation, marketing automation, sales management and special projects with teams such as HR, Legal, Finance, Product, and Data Science. Most of our projects focus around Salesforce and Salesforce-related tools. We are looking for a Senior CRM Analyst to manage projects, improve processes, implement changes, and support our internal users.

Job Responsibilities

  • Complete Project Management cycle from requirements gathering to solution design/development to testing/deployment/user training/documentation
  • Process improvements via process changes, automations, or tools
  • Data Quality management
  • Support/Troubleshooting with internal users
  • Administration of Salesforce and related tools (new user provisioning, report/dashboard creation)

Job requirements

  • You bring project or product management experience 
  • You have independent and critical thinking with the ability to solve problems 
  • You have good Excel skills 
  • It's advantageous if you already have CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce/Pardot)
  • Experience with tool implementation is a good plus, as well as Salesforce Development experience (APEX) and API/ Database / data manipulation experience
