Job Mission

We're looking for a motivated Junior HR Operations Manager to join our growing HR team in New York. You will support the HR team in various admin questions and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition, Office IT and Learning & Development team on different projects and assignments. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team on monthly commission payout calculation 
  • Assist with Office Management tasks in the US region
  • Collaborate on recruitment tasks e.g. by communicating with local candidates
  • Support Remerge employees in their on- and off-boarding process
  • Provide support with contracts, additional agreements, amendments and other documents
  • Take part in the HR management platform integration processes 
  • Support with our travel management tools 
  • Support employee questions and requests, and coordinate with service providers, e.g. on payroll and labor law etc

Job Requirements

  • First experience in a working professional environment
  • Interest in HR topics and desire to develop further in this field 
  • Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks while ensuring a smooth communication with our global HR function 
  • You love learning and relating to people and are eager to support people in their Remerge journey
