Job mission

We're looking for a motivated and passionate Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Berlin. In this role you can expect to support Remerge’s growth by identifying, engaging and hiring great talent. 

Job responsibilities

  • You own the end to end recruiting process - from conducting comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiation
  • You hypothesize and correctly identify bottlenecks or issues in the hiring process and determine  creative solutions together with the recruitment team
  • Strategically advise hiring managers and challenge them to raise the hiring bar
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process 
  • Work with and provide recruitment data to measure recruitment performance and help leadership identify improvement areas
  • You support the team in finding new and experimental ways to attract the right candidates

Job requirements 

  • Knowledge of various tech platforms and communities, both local and international
  • Basic theoretical understanding of relevant technologies and processes (you can tell the difference between front and backend technologies) 
  • Understanding of recruitment metrics
  • Experience hiring in the technical verticals such as engineering, data science and/or product management 
  • Prior experience working in a data-driven environment
