Job mission

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with our people managers across all departments and locations to determine recruitment needs, desired candidate profiles and support in building exceptional teams.
  • Identify, attract and source relevant talent by leveraging various initiatives, including direct outreach/sourcing.
  • Conduct and coordinate end-to-end selection processes from screening to offer making.
  • Promote and maintain a seamless candidate experience that gets people excited about joining Remerge.
  • Maintain a positive Hiring Manager experience through smooth coordination and communication.
  • Contribute to ongoing recruitment projects and focus on building an engaged and high-performing talent acquisition team.

Job requirements 

  • You have proven success and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You are passionate about Talent Acquisition, people and technology and enjoy sharing your knowledge and gaining new insights.
  • You have previous direct sourcing experience which allows you to identify, engage and attract great talent.
  • You are comfortable with a dynamic and fast-scaling organization.
  • You have experience in managing candidates and stakeholders from different cultures and diverse backgrounds.
  • You are proactive, organised and always seek to learn and improve.
  • You have strong English communication skills and a customer oriented approach to things.
  • Employer branding knowledge and/or experience with Recruitment Marketing would be a big plus.
