Lead People & Culture Business Partner

Job mission

We are at an exciting stage in our growth as a People & Culture team where we are about to invest heavily in People Technology (Hi Bob) to create the foundation for people’s experience at Remerge and introduce the role of Lead Business Partner (and business partnering) for the first time. Your mission is to lead your team to elevate the employee experience across the entire talent lifecycle through stakeholder collaboration and delivery of the strategic people roadmap.

Job responsibilities

  • You coach and consult senior leaders, challenge the status quo and influence stakeholders so strategic decisions are linked back to the people roadmap 
  • You understand relevant business and financial KPIs and the operating model of your areas of responsibility 
  • You support the business units in your scope end to end and are accountable for the outcomes 
  • You review People KPIs across the organisation to identify trends and use this data to inform the people roadmap and quantify the value of your interventions 
  • You drive organisational changes (re-organization, ramp up etc) in collaboration with legal and the Director of People Experience 
  • Your develop your direct reports through their career progression pathways
  • You create an engaging and supportive working environment with your team so they can thrive 
  • You have a deep understanding of labour law and can apply your knowledge to processes and individual employment relations cases

Job requirements 

  • Demonstrable examples of achievements and impact previously as a Lead HR Business Partner or Lead People Operations 
  • You have advanced knowledge of German Labour Law
  • Fluency in English is required for this role, German would be a plus
  • You have exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, visual) in English
