Job mission

We are a people-centric scale-up at an exciting stage in our growth as a People & Culture team. We are about to invest heavily in People Technology (Hi Bob) to create the foundation for people’s experience at Remerge. We’re introducing the role of Business Partner (and business partnering) for the first time. Your mission is to help us elevate the employee experience across the entire talent lifecycle through stakeholder collaboration and delivery of the strategic people roadmap.

Job responsibilities

  • You identify People & Culture challenges in your area of responsibility and translate them into concrete initiatives with little guidance (i.e. employee engagement scores, workforce planning, removing hiring blockers, leadership development).
  • You understand relevant business and financial KPIs and the operating model of your area of responsibility and how this contributes to the overall success of Remerge.
  • You demonstrate a good knowledge of People & Culture topics (i.e. compensation & benefits, leadership and employee development, diversity & inclusion).
  • You support talent management initiatives and understand the individual talent strengths and opportunities of your teams.
  • You are an ambassador for People & Culture and explain concepts in a clear and structured way so that your stakeholders understand.
  • You have a deep understanding of labour law and can apply your knowledge to processes and individual employment relations cases.

Job requirements 

  • You have demonstrable experience as a Junior/Business Partner.
  • Demonstrable examples of achievements and impact previously as a Business Partner.
  • You have advanced knowledge of German Labour Law.
  • Fluency in English is required for this role, German would be a plus.
  • You have exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, visual) in English.
