Senior Solution Engineer - (Remote Brazil)

Job Mission

As a Solution Engineer, Advertiser Support at Remerge, your main goal will be to provide the most efficient, effective, and scalable technical solutions to clients, partners, and internal teams. The Solution Engineer function at Remerge is a regional team working to support our advertisers in the Americas region, while also working alongside our global Solution Engineering department for solutions that impact our organization on a global scale.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Remerge product from a technical perspective.
  • Solve client problems using various analytical and technical tools, including developing innovative solutions, troubleshooting code, querying databases, and analyzing results.
  • Reproducing and clarifying issues within a highly complex technical context.
  • Liaise with the Tech teams to ensure that software quality is improving based on analysis of issues logged by clients and our operational team.
  • Collaborate and strategize with Account Managers on the most effective way to move customers through their agile journey.
  • Write scripts or build tools to solve the repeated work and make the team more efficient.
  • Provide pre-sales support in consultations and/or product capability assessments with prospects.
  • Document technical articles or knowledge base for use by other technical support personnel and/or customers and partners.
  • Work cross-functionally within the organization and with external partners.
  • Occasional travel for training purposes or to support our international team across time zones (covid restrictions apply).

What You'll Bring 

  • Passion for technology, love learning and enjoy helping people and solving problems.
  • 2 or more years of experience in technical support or development.
  • You are proactive and self-motivated in your tasks and enjoy working independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills both in-person and remotely.
  • Knowledge of Information Technology - such as Ruby, Go, or SQL.
  • Interest and capability of developing processes, procedures, documentation, and training users in complex topics.

Good To Have 

  • We are not concerned with what kind of certificates and diplomas you have acquired so far if you consider yourself highly technical or have a strong interest in pursuing a further career in AdTech and Retargeting.
  • You’re passionate about programming and have skills in different technologies.
  • Knowledge of some of the following: Ruby Development, Mobile Development, Web Development, CSS, Javascript, Tracking and Attribution, Data Management Platforms, Real-Time Bidding, Deep-linking and Universal Links, REST, Spark, Hadoop, Druid, Elastic Search, Kibana, Grafana, API development, Jira development, Confluence Development, Salesforce Development.
