Job Mission

As our Ad Operations Support, you will be responsible for setting up and managing mobile advertising campaigns to ensure streamlined execution of our advertiser ad delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage advertising campaigns from concept to execution and reporting
  • First-level troubleshooting
  • Assist Account Management team with reporting requests
  • Maintain and update workflow checklists to ensure optimal configuration and setup

Job requirements

  • 1 year of experience in mobile advertising or retargeting is a plus
  • Good technical understanding of mobile advertising technologies (open Real-time bidding, Supply-side platforms, Demand-side platforms, Attribution Providers, ad serving, deep-linking) would be a plus
  • Problem solver with good analytical skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently to initiate projects as needed to streamline workload
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Experience with issue tracking systems (e.g. Trello and Salesforce)
