Marketing Operations Manager

Job Mission

Your mission is to design and maintain a marketing performance measurement framework in Salesforce and enable the marketing team with reports to ensure the optimal exploitation of the marketing budget.

Job responsibilities

  • Conduct regular marketing campaign data cleanliness and completeness exercises such as qualifying and disqualifying inbound marketing leads, validating marketing campaign member accounts against existing accounts and merging them
  • Enhance the MQL to SQL qualification process through Salesforce data field optimisations and automations, cross-departmental process and reporting conceptualisation and rollout, and training
  • Customise Pardot scoring rules, ensure data accuracy and create reporting
  • Conceptualise any marketing campaign, campaign member and lead-level Salesforce field-related optimisation and automation that may contribute to efficiency and data accuracy, and project manage their implementation
  • Implement automations to facilitate efficient targeting for lead nurturing
  • Input the key marketing metrics into reports and dashboards that measure campaign performances and marketing touch points’ impact on buyer journey conversion points
  • Conduct regular industry benchmark analysis and compares them against internal benchmarks
  • Design a marketing attribution model, implement and maintain a cost per lead, cost per touch point and cost per campaign ROI reporting
