In 2019, we worked with Dunkin' to target recent installers and first-time buyers with the objective of getting a $10 Cost Per First Order. In just two months, we drove over 14,500 first orders, at an average cost of $8.50 – but there's even more untapped potential we could unlock:
- We achieved these results without using Dynamic Product Ads (DPAs), which leverage your customers' data to automatically populate the ads they see with the most relevant messaging and creatives. Click-through rates for DPAs are typically 3-6 times higher than other formats.
- The test was was only aimed at getting first orders from installers who had never made a purchase. However, the real value lies in retaining your existing paying customers because they are easier and more likely to purchase. For other QSR clients, we've gotten repeat orders for just $1-$2.
