Job mission

As our AI Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in embedding AI technologies into our daily operations to boost efficiency and productivity. Your work will involve hands-on application of AI tools, ensuring they align with our specific business requirements and are implemented securely. Your main objective is to bring AI solutions to life across various departments, focusing on tangible improvements in our processes. This role is perfect for you if you're detail-oriented, enjoy problem-solving, and are dedicated to making a visible impact through your work. You'll be at the heart of our efforts to make AI a practical and valuable asset in our everyday operations.

Job responsibilities

• Implementing AI Solutions: You'll take charge of integrating AI technologies into our day-to-day operations, focusing on areas where AI can make a real difference in efficiency and productivity.
• Customizing AI Applications: Tailoring AI tools to fit the specific needs of different departments is key. You'll adjust and refine these tools to ensure they're user-friendly and genuinely useful for the team.
• Collaboration: Working closely with various teams, you'll gather insights into their needs and challenges. Your goal is to ensure the AI solutions you develop are well-aligned with their objectives.
• Staying Updated: The AI field is always evolving, so you'll stay on top of the latest trends and technologies. This will help identify new opportunities for AI applications within our company.
• Training and Support: Part of your role involves equipping other employees with the knowledge and tools they need to make the most of AI in their work, including organizing training sessions when needed.

Job requirements 

• Strong programming skills and experience with various architectures and API integrations (e.g. Restful API Server development).
• Proficiency in prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices in AI integrations.
• AI power user: Skilled in applying AI to various operational tasks, with a thorough understanding of current AI trends, platforms, and methodologies.
• Communication and advocacy: Ability to advocate for the adoption of AI, understandably conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• At least 3 years of working experience in application development
• Experience in developing AI-integrated solutions (e.g. using LLM API)
• Past exposure in cross-team project management
