If you request our newsletter, we will regularly inform you about our products and campaigns. We use a double opt-in procedure to subscribe.
When you subscribe, the data from the input screen is sent to us, via Pardot (see privacy settings) form and processed:

We may share your information with our subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and trusted third-party service providers working under the instruction of Remerge, such as an email service provider, hosting provider or data center, exclusively for storage purposes. DATA COLLECTION AND USE OF PSEUDONYMIZED INFORMATION

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.

We use services whose providers are partly located in so-called third countries, i.e. countries whose data protection level does not correspond to that of the EU. Insofar as this is the case and the European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR) for these countries, we have taken appropriate precautions to ensure an adequate level of data protection for any data transfers. These include standard contractual clauses of the EU or binding internal data protection regulations. Where this is not possible, we base the transfer of data on exceptions of Art. 49 GDPR, in particular your express consent or the necessity of the transfer for the performance of the contract.

If a transfer to a third country is envisaged and no adequacy finding or suitable guarantees have been provided, it is possible that authorities in the third country in question (e.g. secret services) may gain access to the transferred data and that the enforceability of your data subject rights cannot be guaranteed. You will also be informed of this when your consent is obtained.

PASSIVE COLLECTION.

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically. This information may include truncated Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the site. Any session information is deleted upon termination of the respective browser session.
