Mobile industry veteran promoted at award-winning app marketing platform to lead expansion in United States, Canada and South America
SAN FRANCISCO, CA, AND BERLIN, GERMANY, 04 FEBRUARY 2021: Remerge, the award-winning leader in mobile app retargeting, has appointed Patrick Eichmann as general manager of the Americas, which includes the United States, Canada and South America. Eichmann has been promoted from Vice President of Sales where he successfully grew Remerge’s business in 2020 by turning the year’s pandemic-related challenges into opportunities. He will now head up the strategy in the region to build upon and drive the company’s strong growth in the three markets.
Eichmann, a longtime mobile marketing veteran, was most recently director of sales and new business at Liftoff. With over a decade’s experience in the mobile sector, he has a deep and wide understanding of the market. He is experienced in building and leading strong sales teams, driving market share and scaling revenue growth in the region.
“App marketing is at a critical crossroads. At a time when Apple is ushering in changes to IDFA to empower user privacy, we are also seeing a surge in consumer demand for mobile gaming, shopping, food delivery and more. Remerge has been at the forefront of respecting privacy changes and building new products to allow apps to thrive in this new environment. I’m proud to be helping build Remerge into the leading mobile DSP in the Americas,” said Eichmann.
As the adtech industry reacts to Apple’s IDFA privacy changes, Remerge, the Berlin-headquartered startup, enters 2021 focused on delivering a new suite of optimization, bidding and targeting technologies, as well as measurement products that will continue to give advertisers the most clear picture of their ROAS.
CEO Pan Katsukis says, “Despite the formidable business environment in 2020, customer acquisition in the Americas grew by 60 percent year on year under Patrick’s leadership. Patrick has a deep understanding of the needs of app marketers and the evolving app environment and we are excited to promote him to General Manager of the Americas to expand on the strong momentum and growth we have developed in this important region and to navigate the business during its shift to greater user privacy.”
