Working Student / Part Time - Regional Operations, Seoul

Job Mission

Remerge is seeking a motivated part-time individual or working student to support the Korea business and its regional needs. As a working student in Seoul, you will assist the Senior Regional Director with office management and regional operations, including creative management, data analysis, ad operations, and office administration. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical exposure to ad tech and performance marketing while contributing to the growth of the Korea business.

Job Responsibilities

• Creative Management: Organize and upload creatives, ensuring brand compliance and technical standards; monitor creative performance.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze data and create reports using Excel/BI tools.
• Tracking Link Test: Conduct basic URL testing per guidelines.
• Office Administration: Manage supplies ordering, guest reception, and general office tasks.
• Ad Hoc Support: Assist the Senior Regional Director with assigned tasks.

Job Requirements

• Native Korean and business-level English (written and spoken)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
• Proactive, detail-oriented, eager learner in dynamic environments
• Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) preferred
• Japanese language advantageous
