Working Student / Part Time - Regional Operations, Tokyo

Job Mission

Remerge is seeking part-time support staff to assist the Account Management and Ad Operations teams in ensuring smooth client account operations in Tokyo. As a working student or part-time team member, you will gain practical ad tech experience through creative management, data analysis, reporting, and ad operations support. This role offers exposure to performance marketing from a leading global company while contributing to the growth of the Japan business.

Job Responsibilities

• Creative Management (Account Management):
  • Organize creatives in folders with proper naming conventions.
  • Verify creative adherence to brand guidelines and technical specs.
  • Upload creatives to Remerge platforms per guidelines and schedules.
  • Monitor creative performance.
• Data Analysis and Reporting (Account Management):
  • Collect and analyze data from Remerge platform and third-party sources.
  • Prepare reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
• Tracking Link Testing (Ad Operations): Conduct tracking URL tests per training guidelines.
• Office Administration: Support office management including pantry ordering and guest coordination.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Additional assignments from the Director, Sales & Account Management - Japan.

Job Requirements

• Native Japanese proficiency (written and spoken)
• Business-level English (written and spoken)
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Microsoft Office Suite competency
• Confidentiality and discretion capability
• Detail-oriented with proactive learning attitude
• Digital advertising platform familiarity (preferred)
• Creative tool experience like Photoshop or Canva (beneficial, not required)
