AppsFlyer ranks Remerge in top 3 for global gaming on Android

The highly anticipated 2025 edition of the AppsFlyer remarketing index is finally out and can be downloaded here. The index ranks mobile DSPs based on their retargeting performance across various regions and different app verticals.

We're thrilled to once again be ranked in third place globally for gaming on Android - behind only Google and Meta. For casual gaming on Android, we've even secured the second spot behind Google.

Last year, we ranked in 21 categories. This year, we now appear in 31 - and not just gaming, but a wide variety of non-gaming verticals as well. This improvement is a testament to our ongoing efforts to optimize our retargeting products and provide our clients with the best possible scale and efficiency. In doing so, we've not only helped advertisers to meet their retargeting KPIs, but exceed them.

Remerge at #3 in remarketing for global gaming (Android)

« Indexes are just one snapshot of a fast-moving ecosystem, but they also allow us to recognize the trust our partners have placed in us. »

Pan Katsukis, CEO and Co-Founder at Remerge

Remerge takes #2 globally for remarketing in casual gaming (Android)

Speaking on our achievements from this year's AppsFlyer rankings, Remerge CEO Pan Katsukis explains:

"I'd like to highlight the strength of the remarketing category. Just a few years ago, it hardly existed in the index. Today, it’s nearly on par with UA. The innovation and knowledge-sharing across the industry is raising the bar for everyone and ultimately benefiting marketers. I'm proud of the progress and excited for what’s next!"

Remerge ranks in 7 categories for iOS

However, it's not just Android where we've stepped up. For iOS specifically, we've improved year-on-year and now rank in 7 categories as a result of new innovations and optimizations that we've made to our iOS offerings. One such example would be our iOS Unlocked solution, which uses probabilistic retargeting to re-engage iOS users without relying on deterministic identifiers like the IDFA. We only launched this product in early Q4 of 2025 and we've already seen great results so far. We’re excited to see it get even better as it becomes more widely adopted by the industry.
