Migros One is Migros’s super app, bringing together grocery delivery, restaurant orders and daily essentials in one platform. As the category leader in grocery delivery in Turkey, Migros One enables customers to shop everything from fresh groceries and household essentials to electronics through a single app offering both instant and scheduled delivery options. Launched in 2012, the app today boasts over 10 Million downloads.

Migros One was looking for an efficient way to retain more customers and increase order volumes.
They were already running retargeting with Google, Meta, and TikTok.
